Click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/hamburger-menu-icon(2).svg) on the top left corner of the screen. 2. Click **Settings**. 3. Under the **Proactive Conversations** category, click **Proactive Email**. 4. The Proactive Email page lists Email Campaign(s) that have been created. 5. To the right of the Campaign you created, click![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/kebab-icon-vertical.svg), then select **Edit Campaign.** 6. Proceed to update your Campaign details. - See [Create a Proactive Email Campaign](https://help.gladly.com/docs/create-a-proactive-email-campaign) for details on how to set up an Email Campaign. 7. Click **Save**. ## Delete Email Campaign Delete an Email Campaign if you no longer need the outreach. 1. Click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/hamburger-menu-icon(2).svg) on the top left corner of the screen. 2. Click **Settings**. 3. Under the **Proactive Conversations** category, click **Proactive Email**. 4. The Proactive Email page lists Email Campaign(s) that have been created. 5. To the right of the Campaign you need to delete, click![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/kebab-icon-vertical.svg), then select **Delete Campaign.** 6. From the confirmation prompt, click **Delete Campaign**. ## Stop Email Outreach Stop an Email Campaign outreach in *Scheduled* or *In Progress* status. Once it's stopped, the outreach cannot be restarted. 1. Under the **Proactive Conversations** category, click **Proactive Email**. 4. The Proactive Email page lists Email Campaign(s) that have been created. 5. To the right of the Campaign you need to edit, click![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/kebab-icon-vertical.svg), then select **Edit Recipients.** 6. Click the **Scheduled** or **In Progress** tab. 7. To the right of the Campaign you need to stop outreach, click![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/kebab-icon-vertical.svg), then select **Stop Outreach.** 8. From the confirmation prompt, click **Stop**.
