# Edit and Delete Scheduled Reports

Scheduled reports setup cannot be edited once they are scheduled. This means you can't change the report's recipient (s) or delivery frequency. You must [schedule](https://help.gladly.com/docs/schedule-a-report) another report with the new details and delete the old one.

## Delete a report

1. Click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/hamburger-menu-icon(2).svg) on the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click **Settings.**
3. Under the **Insights**category**,**click**Scheduled Reports**. The page will display the list of reports that are currently scheduled. You can also use the search feature to find the report you want by *Email Subject*.
4. To delete a scheduled report, hover your mouse over the report, then click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/trash-icon.svg). > This page includes all scheduled reports that other users in your organization created. Please ensure that no one in your organization uses a report you'd like to delete before proceeding.
