# Edit a Task and Delete Comment

> Tasks cannot be deleted
> 
> A Task cannot be deleted once it’s created, but it can be edited. Subsequent Task comments cannot be edited, but can be deleted.

## Edit a Task

Perhaps you forgot to add some details to the Task, or you need to change why the Task was created. You can do so by editing the Task.

1. 2. The **Task Edit** screen will appear. Here, you can edit the Task details. You'll be able to edit everything about the Task, including:
  - Date and time the Task is due.

3. Click **Save Task**.

## Delete a Task Comment

1. Open the Task in question to see the comments.
2. Hover of the Task comment in question, click![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/kebab-icon-vertical.svg), then select **Delete Comment**.

3. Confirm the request by clicking **Delete Comment.**
