# Disconnect Instagram Messaging

Disconnect Instagram Messaging if you no longer wish to receive Instagram Messages in Gladly.

1. Click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/hamburger-menu-icon(2).svg) on the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click **Settings**.
3. Under the **Channels** category, click **Instagram Messaging**. The Instagram Messaging Accounts page will show you a list of Instagram Messaging accounts configured in Gladly.
4. Hover over the Instagram Messaging account and click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/trash-icon.svg).
5. Click **Remove** from the modal to confirm your request.
6. Next, log into your company's Meta account and go to the [Meta Business Integrations](https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings) page.
7. Click **View and Edit** next to the Gladly application from the **Active** tab.
8. From the modal that appears, scroll down to the bottom and click **Remove**.
