# Configure Task Routing Window

Because every Task created requires a due date, and there's no limit to the number of Tasks that can be assigned to an Agent, there's a way to control how soon Tasks become visible in the My Customers list. For example, suppose you want *Agents* or *Task Users* to only see Tasks assigned to them that are less than seven days before the due date. If the **Task routing window** is set to *10080 minutes* (seven days), any Tasks with a due date greater than seven days will not appear in the My Customers list.
