# Why is Chat not appearing on any of our webpages?

Check the Chat display rules on the Chat [configuration](/docs/glad-app-availability) page. **If display Chat = No Pages**, then Chat will not appear on any webpage. **If display Chat = All Pages**, make sure there are no exceptions configured to hide Chat on certain pages.

Also, make sure that you have Chat [embedded](https://help.gladly.com/docs/create-and-configure-glad-app#preview-and-embed-glad-app) into the head of your website.
