# Can I capture events that Chat emits to a 3rd party analytics tool?

Yes. You can capture events emitted by the Chat for analysis using any third-party analytics tool (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to better understand how your Customers interact with the Chat.
