# Can I retrieve reports built using Insight Builder through API?

Reports created using Insight Builder are not retrievable in the API. Do note that out-of-the-box reports can be generated and retrieved via [API](https://developer.gladly.com/rest/#tag/Reports/paths/~1api~1v1~1reports/post).
