# What do Customers hear when they receive a call from a Campaign?

Customers will hear the recording you have set up in your IVR made explicitly for the Campaign. You can [listen to the recording](https://help.gladly.com/docs/update-node-recordings) in the IVR Node used for the Proactive Voice Campaign.
