# Calabrio Integration Toolkit

Learn the basics of how the Calabrio integration works.

## Who maintains the integration

Calabrio's integration with Gladly is built and maintained by Calabrio.

## Basic scope

Review page 5 of Calabrio's prerequisite [documentation](https://connect.gladly.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/Calabrio-Teleopti-WFM-Gladly-pre-requisites-and-information.pdf) for an architecture overview.

### How it's integrated

Calabrio integrations are configured through your Calabrio Project manager and handled by their Professional Services team. To get started, collect the following data to send to your Calabrio contact:

- **API token –** Token is [generated](https://connect.gladly.com/docs/help-documentation/article/generate-api-tokens-and-create-webhooks) in Gladly
- **Gladly URL –** Your Gladly domain (i.e., {YOUR-COMPANY}.gladly.com}
- **Email address –** The email address used for the integration
- **Answer to this question –** How long does it take to close out an email case?
