# Are Gladly AI reports available in OOTB Reports?

Gladly doesn’t account for Contacts entirely handled by [Gladly AI](/docs/what-is-gladly-ai) in non-Gladly AI Contact-level reporting, such as the Contact Export and Contact Summary report. Instead, use Conversation-level reporting such as Converaton Export to see what proportion of all Customer inquiries that flowed through Gladly AI are resolved.
