The dashboard gives ecommerce teams a dedicated view of commerce performance without having to dig through support-focused reports. ## Access the dashboard The Agentic Commerce dashboard lives under Gladly AI in the left-hand navigation – not under Reports. This keeps everything related to your commerce AI experience in one place. 1. Under **Analyze**, select **Agentic Commerce**. 3. Select filters and refresh for data to populate. > [!NOTE] > What you see when you open the dashboard depends on your organization's status: > > - Live on agentic commerce with attribution active – You'll see the full dashboard populated with your organization's data. > - Live on agentic commerce, attribution not yet active – You'll see a message that the dashboard is coming soon. Dashboards for all live organizations will be available within the next two weeks. > - Not on agentic commerce – You'll see information about what commerce reporting can offer and a prompt to contact your Gladly representative. ### Filter the dashboard Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to narrow your view: - Organization – Select which organization to view (for multi-org setups). - Period – Choose the date range. - Device – Filter by mobile or desktop. - Storefront – Filter by storefront (if you have more than one). - Page URL – Filter to a specific page or set of pages. ## What the dashboard shows The dashboard is organized around the key questions ecommerce teams ask about their AI-powered Chat experience. #### Summary KPIs At the top of the dashboard, you'll see headline numbers – Gladly Attributed Revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and engagement rate – each with sparklines and period-over-period comparisons. An AI-generated summary highlights the biggest changes in plain language so you can spot trends at a glance. #### Engagement funnel A visual funnel breaks down how shoppers move through the chat experience: from being offered chat, to engaging with it, receiving a product recommendation, clicking a product, adding to cart in chat, and reaching checkout via chat. You can toggle between Total, Mobile, and Desktop views – useful for making decisions about your chat button or bar placement on different devices. #### Customers who ordered within 7 days This section shows how many Customers placed an order within 7 days of a chat, broken out by Conversation type: - Shopping Conversations – Counted toward Gladly Attributed Revenue. - Service only – The Customer contacted support but the conversation wasn't commerce-related. - Small talk only – The Customer messaged fewer than 3 times with nothing commerce-specific. - Handed off – The Customer was handed to a human Agent and did not purchase. Only shopping Conversations count toward Gladly Attributed Revenue – service, small talk, and handoffs are excluded. This separation helps you trust the numbers and understand exactly where revenue attribution comes from. #### Compare periods Compare yesterday's performance against the last 7 complete days for key metrics: offered Chat, engagement rate, recommendation rate, add-to-cart rate, conversion rate, and Gladly Attributed Revenue. Use this to measure the impact of a campaign, a site change, or a new Guide. #### Add to cart and abandoned carts A daily breakdown showing how many Customers added to cart, the cart value, how many did not order within 7 days, and the value left in carts. This helps you spot where potential revenue is being left on the table. #### Orders and revenue by week Weekly totals for Customers who ordered, order count, Gladly Attributed Revenue, average order value, median order value, and how many checked out directly in chat. #### Days to order See how long it takes shoppers to convert after a chat, from Day 0 through Day 7. The attribution window is 7 days, and most orders happen within the first 2 hours or the first 24 hours – so this view helps you understand how quickly chat drives buying decisions. #### Performance by page type Performance broken out by where the shopper started – product pages, collection pages, cart, checkout, home, search, and other. Each row shows offered and engaged chat counts, engagement rate, checkout count, orders within 2 hours, orders from 2 hours to 7 days, and total order value. Use this to understand which pages benefit most from chat. #### Product recommendations Individual product performance showing how many times each product was recommended, clicked, and added to cart – along with click-per-recommendation and cart-add-per-recommendation rates. Use this to see which products resonate in conversations and which might need better positioning or imagery. ## How to use this dashboard Gain perspective on how to use the Agentic Commerce dashboard to drive action. Here are several examples. #### Evaluate whether chat is paying for itself Start with the Summary KPIs to see Gladly Attributed Revenue and conversion rate for the period. Compare those numbers against your chat operating costs to understand ROI. If revenue is growing but conversion rate is flat, the funnel sections below can help you figure out where shoppers are dropping off. #### Decide where to show the Chat widget Use the By Page Type section to see which pages generate the most engagement and the highest order value. If collection pages have a high engagement rate but low conversion, your product recommendations or Guide content for that surface may need tuning. If cart pages drive the most revenue per Chat, you might prioritize Chat placement there. #### Measure the impact of a campaign or site change After launching a promotion or redesigning a page, use Compare Periods to see whether engagement rate, add-to-cart rate, or Gladly Attributed Revenue moved. Filter by Page URL to isolate the pages you changed. #### Optimize product recommendations Open the Product Recommendations section to see which products get clicked and added to cart most often. Products with high recommendation counts but low click rates may need better images or descriptions in your catalog. Products with high click-through but low add-to-cart may have pricing or availability issues worth investigating. #### Understand mobile vs. desktop behavior Toggle the Engagement Funnel between Mobile and Desktop views. If mobile shoppers engage at a higher rate but convert less often, the checkout experience on mobile may need attention – or the Chat bar placement might need adjusting. Use the Device filter to drill into any section of the dashboard by device type. #### Spot abandoned cart opportunities Check the Add to Cart and Abandoned Carts section for days with high cart value but low order completion. Cross-reference with the Days to Order view – if most conversions happen within 2 hours and your abandoned cart numbers spike after that window, a follow-up nudge or remarketing trigger might recover revenue.
