# Administrators Duties

Gladly Administrators have significant responsibilities. They are tasked with adding, creating, configuring, and managing necessary settings to keep Gladly operational. Administrators have complete access and permissions to make changes in Gladly, located on the**Settings** page.

2. Click **Settings**.
3. This page contains most of the settings for Gladly features and functionality.
