Link and configure external platforms to Gladly.

1. Click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/hamburger-menu-icon(2).svg) on the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click **Settings**.
3. Under the **App Developer Tools**category, click **Apps**. The Apps page will show you a list of your current integrations, both active and inactive.
4. Click **Add App**.
5. From the list, select which app you'd like to configure.
  - Depending on the app you selected, setup instructions are found on the list of integration partners.
  - Integrations not built and maintained by Gladly may not be available to be added directly in the UI or can only be added through the [custom setup](/docs/set-up-and-edit-custom-integration).

Visit [Integration Partners List](/docs/list-of-app-integration-partners) to learn who built and maintains an integration and information on how to connect the app to Gladly.

See [Transaction Cards](https://help.gladly.com/developer-tutorials/docs/transactions) to learn how Customer data from other apps are shown in Gladly.

See [Custom Lookup Adaptor](https://help.gladly.com/developer-tutorials/docs/introduction-to-lookup-adaptor) to learn about building your own Lookup Adaptor.

## Add multiple instances of the same app using Transaction Cards

If you have multiple instances of apps like Shopify, you'd probably want to have those instances linked to Gladly so you can display relevant Customer information from each instance. Suppose you have **Shopify North America** and **Shopify Europe; you** can have each instance shown in its own [ORDER card](https://help.gladly.com/developer-tutorials/docs/transactions#order-transactions).

> [!CAUTION]
> Not all apps support multiple instances
>
> Take note that not all apps support multiple connections to Gladly.

Adding new [Transaction Cards](https://help.gladly.com/developer-tutorials/docs/transactions) or new [Transaction Types](https://help.gladly.com/developer-tutorials/docs/transactions#choose-a-transaction-type) requires assistance from Professional Services. Contact [Gladly Support](https://help.gladly.com/product-docs/pages/en/contact-gladly-support-team) if you have questions.
