# A Customer sent me private/sensitive data. What should I do?

If a Customer inadvertently sends you private account details or sensitive personal information, it's best that the information is not stored in Gladly.

Administrators can delete images, attachments, documents, etc., directly from the [Conversation Timeline](https://help.gladly.com/docs/what-is-a-customer-profile#2-conversation-timeline). Administrators can delete Customer information from the Conversation Timeline by following [this](/docs/how-do-i-delete-attachmentsimages-in-the-conversation-timeline) information.
